I am going to keep praying warm weather gets here soon!
Today was a great day, we accomplished a lot. The best was that I think the kids are feeling a little better about science fair. It is nice to have had 2 days in a row to talk about it and work through what they are feeling anxious about.
Social Studies: Test next Monday. Due Wednesday is the guided notes. Also due if not already completed, from snow day, the Mississippi River project.
Science: please print off your guided notes from Edmodo. You do not need to do anything but bring them to school.
Science Fair: summary/research paper. This is not an actual research paper. They need to summarize what they have learned from their research. Type 2-3 paragraphs explaining what they learned and about their project. Type their bibliography and a cover page and turn in tomorrow. This was still confusing for some and we revisited it today with the due date tomorrow.
They will have their materials list and procedures typed and turned in Wednesday.
Religion: complete p. 30 in Family Life book, test Wednesday, rainbow project and 2 paragraphs due Wed. from snow days
Math: p. 160 1-31, p. 161-162 all
Reading: 30 minutes and log it in
