Happy Friday!
We have certainly been busy these last couple of days! Yesterday was fabulous with our field trip. The weather was great and the kids really enjoyed the event at Old Fort Harrod. Thanks to all the parents that came and helped, I hope you enjoyed the fort as well.
We had a great 1st Coffee House today and then Health Screenings and 4H voting. It was a close race for this home room!

Reading Logs: Parents, several of the students are not bringing these in each Friday. They are counted as a grade in Literature. Please sign and send them in on Friday for your child.
Homework
Science: Insect Project due Oct. 9, Rock cycle test next Friday. Shave your crayon and put shavings in a zip lock bag, bring to school Monday
Reading: literature circle due Thursday, Reading logs due Friday
Math: Test Wednesday
PE: Edmodo quiz due Tuesday
